Members may experience problems with accessing their accounts, logging in, or making posts. As we expect to have a bustling community here, it is difficult to keep track of various support requests so it is imperative that your requests be emailed directly to our Site Administrator at emily@naturalcreation.ca. Please note that no private messages will be accepted with support inquiries.

To save time please include all your account information in your first email. This includes your Username and the Email Address that you joined with. If you are experiencing a specific problem within the Forums, please include as detailed information as you can. If you are waiting on a reply please understand that we do have to answer many emails as a part of NaturalCreation.ca and we will contact you as soon as we can.
